Refund amounts and timelines may vary based on property management.
ph.vacations is not responsible for delays or decisions made by property owners or managers regarding refunds.
We only facilitate bookings but do not control the refund policies of property providers.

6. Third-Party Property Providers

The villas, resorts, and accommodations listed on our platform are owned and managed by independent third parties.
ph.vacations does not own or directly control these properties.
We are not liable for the accuracy of property descriptions, amenities, or services.
All issues related to your stay (e.g., cleanliness, amenities, service quality) must be directed to the property owner or manager.
Your use of third-party property services is at your own risk.
Our role is limited to facilitating online bookings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ph.vacations—including logos, branding, design elements, property photos, and text—is protected by intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
