The room rate for villa (POOLSIDE AND BEACHFRONT) is Php 4,500 per night for a maximum of 4 people. Comes with complimentary breakfast for 4 pax and use of facilities. We have 9 units of villas (3 POOLSIDE AND 6 BEACH FRONT) with toilet and bath inside. We also have three (3) family rooms, which can accommodate 8 people maximum, but the TOILET and BATH are located OUTSIDE the room and for COMMON USE with occupants of other family rooms. The rate for the family room is Php 7,000 per room per night. Comes with a complimentary breakfast and use of the facilities. Private Villa 2 • Rate: Php 18,000 per night • Amenities: o Jacuzzi o 2 bedrooms o 2 toilet and bath o 1 shower room o 1 swimming pool o 1 bar/karaoke o Kitchen with utensils, refrigerator and gas range/oven o Water dispenser o 7 queen-sized beds (good for 14 people) o Parking space o Breakfast NOT included o No corkage – guests can bring their own food and drinks; can cook their own food • Check-in time: 2 PM • Check-out: 12:00 NN the next day NOTE: We allow maximum of 4 extra pax with additional charge php 500 per head.
