1.) Superior 2- storey fully furnished beachfront duplex houses @ 100sq.meters/duplex house: 1 fully air - conditioned bedroom/ 1 bedroom equipped with electric fan , 1 TV 32” , spacious living & dining area, fully equipped kitchen, WC/bathroom on the ground and upper floors, (WC/bathroom on the upper floor provides hot/cold water), balconies & terraces with beach/sea/sunset/Mt. Mayon views. Php5,000/night for max 6 pax. Php6,000/ night for max 8 pax. 2.) Presidential beachfront apartment (fully furnished) at main house (75 sqm.) with beach/sea & Mt. Mayon views, 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 1 TV 32”, spacious living & dining area, high quality in-room fitness equipment, fully equipped kitchen, WC/ bathroom,spacious covered terrace (45 sqm.). Php6,000/night for max 6 pax. Php7,000/night for max 8 pax. 3.) Superior 1-room beachfront fully airconditioned flat with queen-size bed, small living area, 32" TV, WC/bathroom, terrace, outdoor kitchen: Php3,000 for 2 pax. 4.) Extra 2 guests of group of 8 houseguests can be accomodated with an additional fee of Php500/person to include additional bed/person. 5.)For early check-in, extra charge is Php1,000 only. 6.) Additional fees are charged to maximum 3 -4 visitors of houseguests @ Php100/person and are requested to stay not beyond 9:30 pm. 7.) Houseguests are offered complimentary use of cottage from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM subject to its availability. 8.) Cottage: 600/day for 10 pax plus entrance fee Php20/adult, Php10/ child from 5-12 years old. Additional fee of Php 250 is charged for extra 1 table/5 chairs. Note: OR only accepts visitors who are renting the cottage/s including entrance fee/ person. 9.) Overnight stay/s at cottage/s, tent camping and use of videoke/karaoke are only allowed for guests who are renting the whole beach( pls. see # 10). 10.) For special events, birthday parties, corporate events, reunions, seminar or other social events: covered terrace (45 sqm) + extended terrace (125 sqm) : Php10.000 (50 pax), including use of outdoor kitchen. 11.) Rent for the whole beach resort including 8 cottages, use of outdoor kitchen, bbq grills, covered terrace (45sqm.) & extended terrace (125sqm.) for special & social events, wedding, reunions , birthday party , corporate events etc.) Php20,000/day Php30,000/day inclusive of 2 superior Duplex houses & 2 - bedroom Presidential apartment in the main house (accommodation for 18 pax) Extra fee of Php3,000 for additional 6 pax. Total number of guests/event : 150 pax 12.) Guests have direct access to OR's private pristine beach of 155- meter stretch of white sand and its crystal clear waters. 13.) Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 2:00 PM 14.) Reservation fee on ff: is required upon booking confirmation: a.)house (Php5.000) b.) whole beach resort #6 (Php10.000) c.) Cottage (Php600) Reservation fee is deductible from the rates for all types of housing unit /cottage upon check-out if not utilized & subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Note: If cancellation of confirmed booking is made 3 days prior to check-in date, full amount of reservation fee is thus refunded. No refund for early departure/s of guest/s of Oliver’s Riff. 15.) Guests who may arrive without any confirmed reservations may be accomodated subject to availability of superior duplex house/superior apartment/cottage & pay cash at the point of check-in/arrival at Oliver's Riff. Receipt issued serves as booking confirmation/entrance ticket. 17.) Free parking is available on site. Recreational activities like playing volleyball/soccer including use of bbq grills are free of charge. 18.) OR provides Wifi/ device at following rates: Php5 / 30 minutes Php10/ 2 hours Php20/ 6 hours 19.) Gate is open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
