Peak season: 15k per night max. 20 pax (ENTIRE HOUSE)
Off season:
1-5 pax: 8k plus amenities (1-2 bedroom reserved)
6-10 pax: 12k plus amenities (2-3 bedroom reserved)
11-20 pax: 15k plus amenities (4 bedrooms)

✅1 fully equipped wooden kitchen( w/sink, 1 stove, island table. Utensils for cooking and dining are provided.
✅1 dining area inside the house- a 12 seater Narra wood with benches.
✅2 living rooms- main at the loft
✅3 bathrooms (1 common CR, 1 masters CR and outdoor cr )
✅5 bedrooms with 1 room exclusive for the property managers/ owner. Each bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 double size bed, a 4 seater dining table, 1 wardrobe, and one 5-layer Shelves. 3 rooms are beach fronts.
❇️The open loft is created for space with additional 4 sofa beds available by request. We have no air-conditioning units. Each room is provided with ceiling fans. Standfan can be provided upon request. The air is fresh, and the night is cold.

📌Food:
You may bring your own food and drinks. Stove and Grilling ares provided. No corkage.
