Rent of whole 3 level rest house. Free use of full service kitchen w kitchenware and dinnerware, karaoke, billiards, indoor games and watersport facilities ( kayaks n paddle board). 3 out of 4 rooms are aircon with its own toilet n bath w hot shower. Linens and towels included. The house has a fireplace, bbq griller an infinity pool and veranda overlooking the lake. There will be two household helpers (on call) to assist in setting up the table, wash the dishes and clean the house every morning. Weekend rates are 17,500 while weekday rate is 15,800 per night for 15 pax. Add 1,000 pesos per night for guests in excess of 15 pax.
