CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY Standard Rate: Cancellation request 🖊 A full refund of the total amount paid if cancellation was made within 48 hours after the booking was made. 50% refund will be made for cancellation request at least 2weeks before the arrival day, after this time we charge you 40% the villa rate as cancellation fee, if we could not sell the villa anymore. Rebooking request 🖊 One (1) time rebooking can be done if the request is made 10 days prior to the date of arrival. Charges may incur for the second time of rebooking request. No Show / Cancellation fee: 40% of the villa rate. Non Refundable Rate: (Discounted/ Promo Rate) For the non-refundable and non-rebookable, bookings are no cancellation or changes possible right after the booking was made.
