II. To Make Reservation: 1. To confirm the reservation, we require every customer to pay 50% of the rate as a down payment. Down payments are accepted via GCash and bank deposit (BDO). 3. Send copy of the proof of deposit through email troadio.vip@gmail.com 4. Copy of Valid I.d / Xerox I.d with 3 signature (for Notary purposes) III. Payment Terms & Conditions: ● First come First serve basis (Pencil Booking 2 Days) ● No down payment does not guarantee a reservation. ● The quoted rate is based on the agreed number of people upon reservation. Extra people, except for infants and service crew, will be subject to a per person charge. ● Call or message us before going to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort. ● A 50% deposit is required to book the reservation to block the date and time. ● 50% is to be settled upon check in and arrival at the venue. ● A deposit of P2,000 is required upon arrival to cover incidentals. Refundable upon check out. ● An additional P1,000 per hour for each subsequent rental it depends of availability. ● Failure to send a copy of the bank deposit slip will not guarantee the reservation. ● Payment Methods: Cash upon reservation or bank deposit. ● A reservation letter will be emailed once confirmed. Please print the signed copy and submit it to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort ● Non-refundable; Non-appearance on schedule will be forfeited ● Cancellation Terms: No refund on down payment for cancellation unless the resort becomes unfit for habitation. Management can rebook based on availability. ● Rebooking is applicable provided the guest notifies the resort at least 7 days prior to the initial reservation date.
