Here is our rates:
Weekdays - ₱3,200 / night ( Mon-Thurs)
Weekends - ₱3,700 / night ( Fri-Sun)
(minimum of 2 nights / 3 days stay)
Check-in 3:00pm
Check-out 12:00pm
🔴 Reservation Fee: PHP 1000 (for short stay) Balance has to be settled 2 days prior your check-in. This will be deducted from your rental fee. In case of cancellation, this fee will be forfeited.
🔴SECURITY DEPOSIT:PHP3500 is needed to cover incidentals. It will be returned upon checkout provided that there’s no missing/broken items in the property.
(Security deposit amount also depends on the length of stay)
We can ONLY accommodate max of 4 guests and cannot allow more than that.
