Open Area with a maximum capacity of 100 guests. - Tables and Chairs for 30 guests - Karaoke - Grill - Outdoor Kitchenette Two-bedroom accommodation unit furnished with 1 Full Sized Bed, 3 Double Deck Beds and extra mattresses, refrigerator, microwave oven and cooking stove. -Camping tents for up to six guests. PAYMENT TERMS 1. Php 2,000 Deposit is required to confirm booking. Bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis so please initiate deposit ASAP to secure your preferred dates. Contact Management for Banking Information. 2. Balance of payment is required upon Check-in. 3. A separate Security Deposit of Php 3,000 is required upon Check-in. This is independent of the Php 2,000 deposit for booking and balance of payment required upon check-in. The Security deposit will be refunded based on incidental charges such as damage, loss of property, water contamination, etc. 4. Cancellation Policy: No Refunds on deposit. Only in cases of Force Majeure/ Acts of God may the guest rebook subject to availability. 5. Additional fees apply for extended hours at Php 500 per hour. 6. Corkage Fee of Php 1,000 is required for catering services.
