People have to start CHILLING BEYOND 9PM. Due to the resort is located inside a subdivision, SILENCE MUST BE OBSERVED 9PM AND BEYOND. (This goes to the Charity). -Maximum Capacity of Resort is 25 Pax -Swimming pool & Karaoke use is okay beyond 9pm. Just please observe noise policy. 😉 -Cars should be parked only inside the resort. -Designated smoking area is at the parking / gate area only. -Application of adhesives on surfaces for decorative purposes is not allowed. -Pets (Message for inquiry). -Please shower first & wear proper swimming attire before entering the swimming pool. -Guests have to dry theirselves from the pool area before proceeding to the Karaoke Room, Bedrooms or the 2nd floor. -Please keep doors on the first floor area closed at all times to prevent insects / rodents from entering.
